styles. Our
Just Gravy was formed by Ed Wilbers
and Chris Cusentino. We've added legendary guitarist Harold Kennedy
and drummer Art Davis to give us that bite and groove that
only these two can provide. Come and check us out to hear that Just Gravy
sound. Here is a little info about each member:
Chris,
known rightly as "Fuzzy Cuz", has been playing music in the
Cincinnati area for 15 years. His day gig is with his band The
Turkeys with Kyle Knapp. They are a staple of the music scene in Covington,
KY. He's a bad ass bass player and singer for Just Gravy.
t
Ed Wilbers Jr. emerged into the rock scene as a tambourine player in
the band Double Vision. He is a native of Northern Kentucky
where he has been playing the piano and B3 since he first starting
looking for chicks. Ed's funky style compliments the tight rhythm
section and helps coin that Just Gravy sound.
Tony Shulte has recently moved back to the Tri-state area and back
slide right into the Just Gravy mania. He's been playing bass or
drums since he was a boy and started with Ed in high school.
Some of his past bands were Remember Ben, Slow Children at Play, and
The Wombats.
Our main Guitarist, Art Caddell, is one of the
best players in the Cincinnati area. Known for his ability to
dominate many genres and styles, his playing is tasteful as well as
exciting. In addition to being famous in the 90's for his
country band, Diamond Back, Art has played in many huge bands like Bam
Powe and the Trouble Makers, Clear Blue, and The Turkeys. Co mmentsJimmy
Bays is our wildman on the Saxophone that plays that horn like no
other. Bays has been in local great bands like the Bluebirds,
Blue Lou and The Accusations, G Miles and Soul Therapy, Well Hung
Jury, The Jeff Henry Band and many others. Jimmy comes out for
some of the bigger Just Gravy gigs and adds an element to the band
that is unmatched. Who wouldn't?

The myth, the man, the legend, this is our Tour
Manager, Gravy himself. His real name is Gravy but he often goes
by Marc McGarvey and can be found around town in various drinking
establishments always trying to scout possible Just Gravy
venues. He's spent years trying to get us a gig at the Greyhound
Tavern and Saddle Club of Ft. Mitchell. He helps the band with
booking, jukebox management, and green room food testing. He
also does a mean impression of a drunk guy that stands in front of the
band yelling absurd requests. The band couldn't survive with out
his good advice and hard work.
